LeadsLockedIn is a service of Casting Karma LLC ("LeadsLockedIn," "we," "us"). It sells two things to licensed commercial trucking-insurance agents: leads — one-time, exclusive purchases about motor carriers that have newly filed for FMCSA operating authority — and territories, a monthly auto-renewing subscription to every carrier in a defined area that FMCSA has served an insurance-cancellation notice. By creating an account or using the service you ("you," the "agent") agree to these terms. Section 12 requires disputes to be resolved by individual arbitration and waives class actions.
We identify motor carriers that have recently filed for FMCSA operating authority and, at the moment we check the public federal register, have no active insurance (BIPD) filing on record, and we sell each one to a single agent. LeadsLockedIn is a sales-prospecting tool. It is not: an insurance agency or broker; a provider of insurance, underwriting, or eligibility decisions; a consumer reporting agency; a background-check service; legal advice; or affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the FMCSA, the U.S. Department of Transportation, or any government agency. We do not contact carriers, and we make no representation about whether a carrier will answer, be interested, qualify, or buy.
LeadsLockedIn and Casting Karma LLC are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the FMCSA, the U.S. DOT, or any government agency. Lead data is compiled from public U.S. federal records.
(a) Point-in-time verification. At the instant you unlock a lead, we query the federal register for that carrier's USDOT number and record the result with a timestamp, which you can see on the lead and your receipt. We represent only that the federal register held no active BIPD insurance filing for that carrier at that instant. We do not represent that the carrier remains uninsured afterward — a carrier may bind coverage at any time (often through you), and that is the intended outcome, not a defect.
(b) The guarantee — a replacement lead, never cash. If, within 72 hours of unlocking, you report a covered problem, we replace the lead with another lead at no charge. A replacement lead is your sole and exclusive remedy. There are no refunds.
Each lead is sold to one agent only. Once you unlock a lead it is removed from every other customer's board and is never sold again; this is enforced by our systems. We do not sell "shared" leads and make no representation about geographic or numeric exclusivity beyond "one agent per lead."
Territory exclusivity. While your territory subscription is active, no other LeadsLockedIn account can hold that territory or see its feed; this is enforced by our systems. Exclusivity applies among LeadsLockedIn accounts only. The underlying records are public federal records, so other vendors and other agents may contact the same carriers, and we do not represent otherwise.
Leads are one-time purchases priced by the carrier's federally reported fleet size: $59 (owner-operator / fleet size not yet published), $129 (2–5 power units), $249 (6+ power units). Leads themselves carry no subscription and no contract, and a lead purchase does not auto-renew. Payment is processed by Stripe when you unlock a lead; your statement reads CK* LEADSLOCKEDIN. We never receive or store your full card number. Each account receives one free lead, once, for the life of the account. Prices may change prospectively. Except where required by law, all sales are final and non-refundable (your remedy for a covered problem is the replacement in §3).
A territory is a monthly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel. Prices are set by the territory's measured volume: $149 (Small), $299 (Standard), $499 (Metro) per month. You are charged when you claim the territory and on the same date each month thereafter, to the card you provide, until the subscription is cancelled. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never receive or store them.
Cancelling. You may cancel at any time from your account, with no fee and no notice period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for — you keep the territory and its feed until then, and you are not charged again. We do not refund partial months. When the paid period ends the territory is released and may be claimed by another agent; we cannot promise it will be available if you change your mind.
Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails we keep your feed open for a short grace period (currently 14 days) so you can pay with another card. If it is still unpaid after that, the subscription is cancelled and the territory is released.
The one refund we do issue. If two agents pay for the same territory at the same moment, exactly one can own it. The other subscription is cancelled automatically and refunded in full. That is the only circumstance in which a territory payment is refunded.
No volume or outcome guarantee. Carriers-per-month figures shown on the site are historical averages of public FMCSA notices (measured June–August 2026), not a promise of how many carriers will appear in any given month. The lead guarantee in §3(b) applies to leads and does not apply to territories: we sell the data, not the outcome, and no representation is made that any carrier will answer, quote, or buy.
Price changes. We may change territory prices prospectively. A change will not affect the month you have already paid for, and we will tell you before it applies to a renewal.
The data you buy is business/prospecting data about motor carriers, compiled from public federal records. It is not a consumer report, and LeadsLockedIn is not a consumer reporting agency. You agree:
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Casting Karma LLC and its owners, members, employees, and contractors from any claim, loss, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: your contact with any carrier or individual (including any TCPA, Do-Not-Call, CAN-SPAM, or state-telemarketing claim); your use of any lead or data; your insurance, underwriting, or business decisions; or your breach of these terms or of any law.
You must be at least 18 and a licensed insurance professional, provide accurate information, and keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. Authentication is handled by our provider (Clerk); we never see your password.
Lead data is compiled from third-party public federal records (FMCSA) and provided "AS IS." We do not originate, verify (except the point-in-time insurance check in §3), or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any field, including contact information. Federal records may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong.
THE SERVICE AND ALL DATA ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT ANY SALES, BINDING, OR BUSINESS OUTCOME, THAT ANY CARRIER IS REACHABLE OR WILL RESPOND, OR THAT ANY DATA IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CASTING KARMA LLC AND ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOST PROFITS OR REVENUES, OR FOR ANY OUTREACH YOU CONDUCT, ANY CARRIER'S CONDUCT, OR ANY INSURANCE OR BUSINESS OUTCOME. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO A LEAD WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THAT LEAD. These limits apply regardless of the theory of liability and even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; there, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the service or these terms will be resolved by final, binding, individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, seated in Texas, before one arbitrator; judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Each party waives any right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court, and either may seek injunctive relief to protect intellectual property or confidential information. Any claim must be brought within one (1) year after it accrues, to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted with a new version and effective date and, where required, communicated to account holders.
