This policy explains how Casting Karma LLC handles information for LeadsLockedIn. It covers two different groups: (1) our customers (insurance agents), and (2) the motor-carrier businesses and their owners/officers whose public information appears in the leads we sell. We do not show ads or use advertising or third-party analytics trackers, and we do not sell agent (customer) personal information.

Part A — Information about our customers (agents)

What we collect: your email and password (via our authentication provider Clerk; we never see your password); your purchase history, lead-alert preferences, guarantee reports, and your private pipeline stage for each lead you buy; which of our email campaigns, if any, brought you to the site (a short campaign tag saved once, when your account is created); delivery events for the emails we send you (delivered, bounced, marked as spam), so we stop mailing addresses that fail; and technical/usage logs. Payment is handled by Stripe — we store only the payment reference and amount, never your full card number. Transactional email (receipts, lead alerts, verification codes) is sent via Resend from no-reply@mail.leadslockedin.com.

How we use it: to provide the service, process payments, send the emails you've asked for, secure the service, and comply with law.

Email to agencies that are not yet customers: we send occasional business-to-business email to insurance agencies at business addresses compiled from publicly available professional sources. Every one identifies us, includes our postal address, and honors opt-outs — reply “stop” or email privacy@leadslockedin.com and the address is suppressed permanently. Links in those emails may be tracked so we can count which messages were clicked.

Your choices: you can access, correct, export, or delete your account data by emailing privacy@leadslockedin.com. We honor these requests for all customers.

Part B — Information in the leads we sell (motor carriers and their owners/officers)

This is the sensitive part, and we're direct about it. The leads we sell contain business-contact information about motor carriers that have newly filed for FMCSA operating authority — including the name, phone number, email address, business address, and owner/officer name — much of which relates to sole proprietors (owner-operators), where the contact may be an individual and the address may be a home address.

• Source: exclusively public U.S. federal records — the FMCSA's published company census, carrier, and insurance datasets and the FMCSA QCMobile API. We do not buy this data from third-party data brokers, we do not collect anything directly from carriers, and we never contact carriers. The individuals in these records have no account or relationship with us.
• How it's used: we make each carrier's public record available to licensed insurance agents for sales prospecting — a lead goes once, to a single agent; a carrier in a territory feed is shown to that territory's single owner for as long as their subscription runs. Agents are contractually prohibited from using it for FCRA-covered eligibility decisions or for any purpose other than their own outreach, and from reselling or redistributing it.
• Your rights if you are a carrier owner/officer: if you believe your information appears in our system and you want it suppressed, email privacy@leadslockedin.com and we will remove it from our sellable inventory and suppress it going forward, to the extent permitted by law. (The underlying record remains public at its federal source, which we do not control.) Depending on your state, you may have additional rights; we will honor applicable requests.

Data brokering, retention & security

Where required, Casting Karma LLC registers as a data broker in states that mandate it and honors the deletion/opt-out mechanisms those laws require. We retain customer records for the life of the account plus what tax and accounting law requires; we retain lead data as needed to operate the exclusivity and guarantee functions. We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and hashed credentials via our providers. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify affected people and regulators of a qualifying breach as the law requires.

Cookies, children, changes & contact

We use only the cookies needed to sign you in and run the service. Page counts: our own site keeps an anonymous daily tally of visits per page and per email campaign — no IP address, cookie, device identifier or user agent is stored with it, so it cannot be tied to a person. If you arrive from one of our email links, the campaign tag is held in your browser tab’s session storage for that visit only (it clears when the tab closes) and is saved with your account only if you sign up. We do not use third-party analytics. LeadsLockedIn is a business tool for adults (18+) and not directed to children. We'll post material changes here with a new date.
